Each batch is sorted by size grade (300-500g, 500-800g, 800g+) and iced immediately after landing to preserve texture and shelf life. Available whole-round or dressed (gutted, scaled, fins trimmed) depending on your specification.
Custom grading and packing — including bulk cartons for distributors or smaller trade packs for retail counters — can be arranged for qualifying wholesale volumes.
